Some weddings just feel like pure joy from start to finish, and Olivia + Jack’s Lake of the Woods wedding was exactly that. The whole day carried this incredible energy—everyone was buzzing, so excited to celebrate Olivia + Jack. From boat rides across the lake to clinking champagne glasses on the dock, every guest seemed to be soaking up the magic of Lake of the Woods.

Olivia’s story is such a special one. With a Canadian father and New Zealand mother, she grew up in Florida but spent her summers at Lake of the Woods. The lake has always been her favourite place, and choosing to marry Jack there just felt right.

The day began on Northstar Island, where her bridesmaids slipped into their dusty blue satin gowns from Dessy Group while Olivia stepped into her dreamy Anne Barge 3D lace ballgown from Kleinfelds.

Their ceremony took place at a charming church in Kenora, Ontario, where guests—over 70 of them traveling from across the United States—gathered to watch their 'I do's'.

Afterward, everyone climbed aboard boats and cruised across the water, taking in those iconic Lake of the Woods views on the way to the reception. Olivia’s dad kept the vibes high—popping champagne, laughing, and sharing stories of their family’s connection to the lake.

Olivia + Jack slipped away to a quiet spot on Northstar Island to share private vows. It was a special, peaceful moment between the two of them—one of those memories that will be treasured forever.

Olivia + Jack chose timeless blue and white florals from Sparkling Dahlia, paired with lakeside views and a relaxed, joyful vibe. Guests mingled on the dock, sipped Aperol Spritz's, and soaked in the beauty of summer in Northern Ontario.
