Along with weddings and couples, I also love to photograph growing families. Being able to document newborns, in a stage that changes so quickly is something I truly love. Not to mention, who doesn't love a good snuggle with a newborn babe?

My approach to newborn photography is different then most. You won't see colorful backdrops, big props or tiny costumes. I approach newborns with the idea that less is more. Newborns are a miracle, and my photography style is simple in order to draw the main focus to how amazing they are, all on their own. Those tiny little fingers and toes, those pouty lips and big eyes.

I will use flowers or other items that either the parents provide or things already in your home, a blanket knit by Grandma, a special outfit from Aunty, but that is about as adventurous as I get.
